  • ● This policy is applicable for ACHARYA VATSALYA Classroom Programs.
  1. The last date to apply for a Refund is within 30 days of the course start date. Days will be counted from the class commencement date or Admission date (whichever is later) . A refund is not permissible after 30 days from the course commencement date/admission date(whichever is later). 
  2. If any student is enrolled in any Classroom Program with ACHARYA VATSALYA for more than 30 days after course commencement date or admission date (Whichever is later) , you acknowledge and agree that you (a) take full responsibility for continuing your course and shall have no claim against ACHARYA VATSALYA (OPC) Private Limited for your inability to complete your course.
  3. For the sake of convenience of Guardians & Students, we don’t charge full Annual Fee in single payment. Our total Annual Fee (for 8 to 9 months duration) is distributed in to 2 installments equally. If any students wants to opt out of any course for any reason after full payment of 1st Installment and completing 30 days of course successfully but before commencement of 2nd installment , he/she can leave without payment of 2nd Installment (1st Installment: Payable at the time of Admission , 2nd Installment: Payable after 2-3 months of Admission)

To apply for a Refund, please follow below steps:

  • ● Write an application for Fee Refund and submit it to office of your Study Center.
  • ● Refund requests made verbally or through phone shall not be entertained in any case
  • ● No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date.
  • ● Refunds will be credited to the Father / Mother Bank Account through NEFT / cheque mode only. For this, you must submit a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page scanned copy.
